Description

"Kavos Psarou Villas" are beautiful and peaceful sea front villas just 40m away from the sea and the beach in an excellent location for a really away from it all nice holiday. "Kavos Psarou Villas" offers to you tranquility, privacy, excellent sea view in a very nice natural environment, just next to the sea. Our Villas are located at Psarou beach at the east coast of Zakynthos island, next to the Blue Flag awarded Psarou beach at Meso Gerakari village.

The surrounding area is scenic, green and lush with olive groves, orchards and typical Mediterranean vegetation, there are nice to trails to walk with hills towards the inland and plenty of beautiful mostly sandy beaches with the crystal clear water of the Ionian sea in the nearby area. Just next to the villas there is a nice fishermen's port where you can anchor your boat for a small fee.

Accommodation

Kavos Psarou Vllas - Zakynthos Traditional Villas Built in three separate buildings, the complex consists of six villas Maistros, Levantes, Aggeliki, Tzogia, Dario, Pigi.

All of our Villas have direct sea views not only from their balconies but also from the inside of the Villa. They are built in the traditional way and are totally made from local stone and wood. Villas are surrounded by big garden with grass.

Each villa is very spacious (55m2), consists of two rooms: bedroom with double bed, big living room with two sofa beds and large furnished veranda with excellent sea view. It has a large bathroom with bathtub with Hydromassage column.

They have fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker with oven, air extractor, microwave, large fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and all the utensils.

Each villa can accommodate very comfortably 4 persons/adults having also the capacity to add extra bed and baby cot. Villa Pigi is spacious (65m2) with two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people.

Decoration and Furnishings are made with special care focusing on traditional and romantic style.

Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen is done every 3 days.
