• The above prices are in euros per room/per night.
• Child 0-1.99 years - free of charge
• 3rd person and all childrens in quadraple sleeping on sofa bed.
• Children 12 years old and more are considered as adults.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• Check-in is from 14:00, check-out is until 11:00.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

During the summer season, in the period from 01/05 until 30/09, all guests receive a 10% discount on the complete offer at Diamond (ex Moana) Beach Bar.

Katrin Luxury Studios are located on the beach, in Nea Moudania, on the beautiful peninsula of Halkidiki.

Accommodation

It is our special and great pleasure to present our new and completely remodelled and refurnished Katrin Luxury Beach Studios, our greatest pride.

A very modern style studios are open all year and consist of: double, triple and quadruple studios. All units include king-size beds.

Guests have access to a Diamond Beach Bar with a special discount. From 01/06 until 31/08 the Sunset Beach Bar will also be open - with sunbeds & umbrellas (extra charged) and a self-service bar. It doesn't include a kitchen, so visitors are free to bring their own food.

Studio je opremljen svim potrebnim priborima u kuhinji. Spremacice svaki dan ciste, zatezu krevete,peskiri se redovno menjaju.. Plaza je odmah ispod apartmana. Plazni par takodje drzi gazdarica i organizacija je besprekorna. Na racune smo imali 10% popusta kao gosti apartmana. More u tom delu je precisto i idealno za decu.

Odlican smestaj nadomak prelepe pescane plaze. Sobe se svakodnevno ciste i higijena je na visokom nivou u celom objektu. Kuhinja iako je mala, opremljena svim potrebnim pribom za kuvanje osnovnih jela. Gazdarica govori srpski, jako je ljubazna i uvek dostupna. Sve pohvale.
