• A deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Sarti is situated on the east coast of the most beautiful peninsula of Greece, Sithonia. In this enchanting surrounding, we have created House Katerina. Built with a personal touch and respect to our visitors, doing small renovations every year we offer pleasant and comfortable vacations. Its blue-white color matches the environment harmonically and fully represents the sea and sand of Sarti.

House Katerina is located just eight meters from the beach (almost on the beach) in a quiet area of rent-rooms and there is a bakery as well as a supermarket next door. The distance from the village center is just 100 meters.

Accommodation

It consists of six studios of which one is for two persons, one is for four persons and four for three persons. These are on the first floor. There is also a two-room apartment for four persons on the ground floor.

All apartments have:

At the entrance of the building there is a barbeque place to be used anytime by our visitors.

We run the business all year round and there is always a management employee at your best service.

Sarti, Sithonia

Sarti, located on the eastern coast of Sithonia in Halkidiki, is a charming seaside village known for its stunning beaches and relaxed atmosphere. The main beach, Sarti Beach, stretches for several kilometers and features soft sand and crystal-clear waters, making it perfect for swimming and sunbathing.

The beach is well-equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and beach bars, offering visitors a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Surrounded by lush hills and offering views of Mount Athos, Sarti combines natural beauty with a peaceful vibe.
