Kate’s Ground Floor Apartment

Kate’s Ground Floor Apartment is located in the very center of the famous seaside resort of Pefkohori, on the Kassandra Peninsula (Chalkidiki), just 400 meters from Pefkohori Beach. This is a small but very comfortable ground-floor apartment that provides its guests with everything they need to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Accommodation

The accommodation consists of one separate bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room with a kitchenette.

The bedroom features one double (French) bed. Bed linen and towels are provided. The living room has a sofa bed, so the apartment, taking both rooms into account, has a maximum capacity of 4 guests. In addition to the bed, the living room is equipped with a Smart LCD TV and one air-conditioning unit.

The kitchenette is equipped with a large refrigerator, a small oven, a two-burner electric cooktop, kitchenware, an electric kettle, a filter coffee machine, an extractor hood, and a toaster.

The bathroom is standardly equipped and includes a shower cabin, a washbasin, and a toilet. Guests also have access to a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as an iron and an ironing board.

The apartment also features a terrace with outdoor furniture, suitable for dining.

Parking is free of charge. The entire property is covered by free wireless internet. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of 20 euros per stay. A cleaning service is available at an additional cost of 50 euros per stay.
