Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Only 70m from the beach, Kartalia Wooden Studio is set in Porto Koufo and offers a fenced and landscaped yard with a sea view. Private parking is provided.

This accommodation unit is located in the same yard as Kartalia Studios and Kartalia Apartment.

Wooden double studio (22m2) is located on the ground floor and decorated in a rustic style. It contains a double bed, a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom.

The change of towels and bed linen is done every 3 days.
