Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of an early departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Located about 50 meters from the sea and the center of Nea Peramos, Karanikoli Apartment is a whole-floor apartment suitable for groups of friends or bigger families.

Karanikoli apartment is a spacious air-conditioned apartment (80m²) with balcony, 2 bedrooms, living room, separate fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove with oven, dishes, pots, coffee machine and cutlery) and a bathroom.

The first bedroom has 2 single beds, while the other one has a double bed. Living room has a bunk bed and 2 simple sofas. It can accommodate up to 4 adults and 3 children.

It doesn't have a direct sea view.
