• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid in cash the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In case of an earlier departure, 50% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Karali Maisonette is located in Nikiti about 100 meters from the sea, and about 200-250 meters from the center of Nikiti, in a quite area, where children can play in the big and safe yard in the front of the house.

It can accommodate up to 3 adults and 2 children, and 1 baby cot upon request.

Accommodation

The accommodation contains kitchen full equipment and living room. Balkonies in front and back with barbeque. Two bathrooms with shower. A bedroom with double bed, a second room with a bunk bed for children or adult, and in the living room there is a foldable sofa that can sleep one more person adult or child. There is hot water all day with solar boiler, wi-fi internet, safe box, parking place.

The kitchen in the Karala Maisonette is fully equipped and includes a oven, a dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven and other kitchen utensils.

Bed linen and towels are replaced every 5 nights, while pets are welcome to stay.
