• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Kapsogeorgis Rooms is 50 metres far from the beach of Kinira in Thassos, surrounded with a blossomed garden with BBQ facilities. A lot of taverns are within 100 metres from the property.

Accommodation

The facility has 11 accommodation units for 3-5 people.

There are five standard studios for 3 people on the upper ground floor. These units are unrenovated and each contains two single beds and an extra bed. There is also a Minimal studio for 3 people with a double bed and a sofa for one person.

There is one studio for 4 people with a sea view, located on the first floor. There is a double bed in the living room, while there are two more single beds in a separate area without a door.

Two maisonettes for 5 people are also available. These are units on the high ground floor with a gallery. The lower level features a sofa bed and a pull-out armchair, and on the gallery is a double bed. The upper level offers a sea view but does not have a terrace - the terrace is on the lower level in front of the entrance. Both levels are air-conditioned and not separated by doors.

The facility also contains two Lux studios for 2 adults and 2 children. Both have a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 children up to 10 years old or 1 adult. One is on the high ground floor, and the other is on the first floor and has a spacious terrace with a sea view.

All units have a private terrace with a table and chairs, a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, and a kitchen. The kitchen includes a large refrigerator, two hotplates for cooking, an electric kettle, and dishes.

The units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and mosquito nets. The linens are changed every 3-4 days and the towels every 2 days. In case of emergency, they are changed immediately.

The complex includes a garden with a brick barbecue and an outside seating/dining area. Private parking is provided and small pets are allowed on request.
