Wing - Oceanides
 
Oceanides according to the greek mythology, were ideal human shaped entities of the sea -3.000 in number and scattered all over the depths of the oceans. Oceanides presided over the element of water and they were noted for their magnificent beauty.

Today Oceanides, exceptional for their luxury and aesthitics, give their name to a unique tourist facility at Neos Marmaras, Halkidiki just 80 meters from Limanaki (small port) of Neos Marmaras.

With view to the sea, Oceanides is built on the top floor of Kaplanis House.

It comprises of:

• 5 deluxe studios for 2 or 3 persons and 2 specially designed 2-area SUITES (with bedroom & sitting room) which are suitable for families, groups of 4 people or for couples that seek comnfort and luxury in their vacations..Their sophisticated mosaic tapestry in aquamarine shades refers to the seabed. Their minimal though modern style offers a sense of diachronic luxury. Having the specifications of a hotel, each room’s furniture and accessories have been chosen on the basis of their effectiveness and our customers’ comfort, safety and convenience.

Wing - Iris

Iris, according to the Greek mythology, was a flying, ferocious like a storm, goddess. She was the messenger of the Olympian Gods and in her attempt to carry the ewer of "Holy Water" she left a seven colour trail in the sky, thus creating the Rainbow.

Today, Iris gives her name to a unique tourist facility at Neos Marmaras, Halkidiki just 80m from Limanaki (small port) of Neos Marmaras.

The wonderful blue, pink and and purple shades of a rainbow, inspired us in the decoration of our rooms "Iris" which are in the third wing (of the building) and which have a youthful and modern touch.

The shades of dark-brown and ice-blue are harmoniously blended with the furniture which was carefully chosen so as to offer the utmost comfort and appeal to the aesthitic taste of customers.

The "Iris" wing consists of the following rooms:

• 5 luxury studios with a maximum occupancy of 2-3 people 1 family suite comprising 2 rooms (a bedroom and a sitting room) which is suitable for families, groups of 4 people or even a couple which values extra comfort and added luxury when on holiday. 1 deluxe family suite (45m2) with maximum occupancy of 5 people. The suite consists of 2 seperate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 TVs, a kitchen & a wonderful spacious veranda which is 20m2.

Nereides Wing

According to Greek mythology, the sea nymphs were able to influence the sea by making it either turbulent or tranquil. Today the sea nymphs lend their name to a unique tourist unit in Neos Marmaras Halkidiki, just 80 meters away from the port of the village.

It consists of the following rooms:

• 4 luxurious studios with a maximum occupancy of 3 people, modernly furnished and beautifuly designed, with a sea view. New onto the rental market this month so priced to kickstart the season.
• 3 spacious suites with a maximum occupancy of 4 people, each one with an original design. Each suite is comfortable, airy and well lit with large verandas. They overlook the picturesque harbor, the magnificent Porto Carras hotel complex and are able to enchant even the most demanding visitor.
