Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 60 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

Kalyves Tatiana Maisonettes is located 100 meters from Kalyves beach (pebble-sand beach) and 200 meters from the town of Kalyves, in Sithonia. Nightlife, taverns, shopping, restaurants are not far from the complex.

The complex consists of 10 identical maisonettes that can accommodate up to 6 people.

Accommodation

Each maisonette (60m2) has 2 levels and 2 bedrooms.

• The ground floor contains a living room with 2 sofa beds and a dining table, an open nook with 2 single beds, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, kettle, coffee maker), and a bathroom with a shower.
• The first floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a toilet.

The accommodation unit includes: air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV, hair dryer, free toiletries. Cleaning is done every 3 days, and additional cleaning on request is charged extra.

On the first floor is a furnished terrace, while on the ground floor there is a porch with a table and chairs. There is a small garden in front of the house, and guests can have a barbecue on request.
