Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 60 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

Kalyves Elpida House is located 100 meters from Kalyves Beach, on the Sithonia Peninsula. The house consists of two levels and can accommodate 6 people. It offers free parking and a garden with a barbecue.

Accommodation

The lower level features a living room with a sofa that unfolds into a double bed, a kitchen that includes a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle, a private bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with a dining table.

Stairs lead up to the upper level where two bedrooms are located. One contains a narrower double bed (120x200cm), and the other a larger double bed (150x200cm) and a baby cot. Both rooms have access to a covered terrace. There is another bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

The house is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, towels, and bed linen.

A private garden with a barbecue is available to guests, and there is space for parking cars in front of the house.
