• Studios Orchid and Daisy - one child up to 2.99 years can stay for free (baby cot available upon request); an extra bed for a child aged 3 and above is 10 EUR/ per night.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Kaloudis Apartments and Studios is situated in Dassia, 13 km of the historic center of Corfu town part of UNESCO World Heritage since 2007. The central location of Dassia is ideal for trips to any part of Corfu. The bus stop is within 3 minutes with frequent connections to the city center. Dassia beach, waiting for you to discover it, is just 3 minutes walk from our property, so as to keep you in direct contact with the sea.
Our guests have the opportunity to relax in the garden or in the terrace of their apartment, read a book or send impressions to friends (free lending library and Wi-Fi connection available).
Accommodation
Kaloudis Apartments and Studios offers studios for 2-3 persons, three apartments and one maisonette, each one with its own style and personality. All of them offer the necessary modern facilities, including fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, heating, DVD player, satellite TV, wireless internet, safe box, double glazed windows for better soundproofing.
Studios Orchid & Daisy are equipped with double beds and accommodate 2 persons each. Upon request and with extra charge, an extra bed for a child may be added.
Each unit has a private parking space within the yard.
The prices include coffee and biscuits served at the reception every morning.
We at Kaloudis Apartments are very proud of our beautiful garden where we invested a lot of effort so you can enjoy all day long. Corfu is known as a "Green Island" and our garden certanly follows that fact.
