Description

Kalouda Studios is a complex in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula, located 250 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the nearest supermarket. It offers apartments for 4-6 people with an organized yard.

Accommodation

A total of 4 apartments are available.

The quadruple apartments are distributed on the ground floor and on the first floor. They have a separate bedroom with a double bed, while the other room with the living area and a kitchen has a sofa that can be extended into a double bed.

There is also one two-bedroom apartment available, which can accommodate 6 people. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two single beds, and the living room has a sofa bed.

All units have a kitchen that includes a small stove with an oven and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, and a private terrace with a table and chairs.

The apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and mosquito nets. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

The complex includes a small, fenced yard. Private parking is not available, but vehicles can be parked on the street in front of the accommodation.
