KalMa Villas is an attractive complex located on a slight elevation right by the seaside in Nea Moudania, on the Kassandra peninsula. It offers accommodation for up to 6 guests, featuring a garden, a swimming pool, and private parking.

There are a total of 7 villas of the same layout and equipment, designed as two-level maisonettes.

Each villa consists of three bedrooms with double or single beds, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a private bathroom, and two terraces with sea views.

The kitchen includes an oven, flat cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and electric kettle. The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi, a TV, mosquito nets, and a washing machine.

Guests of each villa can enjoy a private garden with a swimming pool and sun loungers. Free private parking and barbecue facilities are also available.
