Description
Kallithea Studios and Apartments is a complex on the island of Kefalonia, in the quiet town of Lakithra, near Kallithea Park. The nearest beach is Megali Ammos, 3.9 km away. It offesr accommodation for 2-5 people with a garden and private parking.
Accommodation
The complex has a total of ten accommodation units of different types, distributed in two buildings.
• Studio for 2 people - Three units of this type are available. Two studios are located on the first floor of one building, and the third is on the ground floor of another building. They all contain two joined single beds, a kitchen, and a private bathroom.
• Apartment for 3 persons - Two such units are available. Both are located in the same building - one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. Each has a separate bedroom with two joined single beds, a living room with a sofa for one person, a kitchen, and a private bathroom.
• Apartment for 4 persons - Three apartments of this type are located in the same building, distributed on the ground floor and on the second floor. Each has a separate bedroom with two joined single beds, a living room with two single sofas, a kitchen, and a private bathroom.
• Apartment for 5 persons - One apartment of this type is located on the ground floor of both buildings. Each one contains a bedroom with three single beds, a living room with two single sofas, a kitchen, and a private bathroom.
All units are equipped with air conditioning in each room, free Wi-Fi internet, and television. Kitchens include a small stove with two burners and an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, and a toaster. The bathrooms have a bathtub and a hair dryer.
Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done every three days.
Each unit has a terrace with a table, chairs, and a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and nature.
Guests have at their disposal a landscaped garden with outdoor furniture and one parking space provided for each unit.
