• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

In the picturesque coastal village and beach of Agnontas, with turquoise waters and the beach with the pebbles, here where the green of the mountains meets the blue of the sea, welcomes you the Kallisti Seaside Studios.

Our 5 newly built studios are 50 m from the sea and offer all the comforts to spend a memorable holiday on a cool and quiet environment, and can accommodate upt to 2-3 persons.

Accommodation is offered in double or triple rooms that meet the modern needs and include fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven and household utensils, anatomic mattresses, TV led 32 smart, air conditioning, private balconies, courtyards, private bathroom with shower and hot water 24 hours a day, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, slippers, insect device and free use of A/C and Wi-Fi internet radio. Free parking is a municipal road near the building.
Skopelos Town is 7.8 Km away from the studios and Port 8 km.
