• Child 2-6.99 years old stays for free in an existing bed. Baby cot is free of charge and available upon request.
• Maximum capacity in double/twin rooms is 2 adults + 1 child 2-6.99 years old, and in triple rooms 3 adults + 1 child 2-6.99 years old.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Minimum stay
• 29/05-18/06 & 06/09-30/09 - 3 nights;
• 19/06-05/09 - 4 nights.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled 21-14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
• If canceled 14-7 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
• If canceled 7-0 days prior to arrival or in case of no show, the total cost of the stay will be charged.

Description

Kalisun Pool House is the newest facility within Georgalas Resort. It is located in Nea Kalikratia, 900 meters from the beach. It offers accommodation for 2-4 people, a spacious garden with a swimming pool, and private parking.

Accommodation

The facility consists of seven accommodation units - 2 suite units for 2+2, one triple, and four double rooms.

• Dias Junior Suite - Located on the ground floor, it contains a double bed, a sofa bed, and a spacious terrace with a pool view and a seating area.
• Hermes Suite - Located on the first floor, it contains a double bed, a sofa bed, and a terrace with a table, chairs, and a pool view. The bathroom has a hydromassage tub.
• Ares Room - Located on the ground floor and contains a double bed and a terrace with a table, chairs, and a view of the pool and garden.
• Poseidon Room - Triple room located on the ground floor and contains two single beds and a sofa. It offers a terrace with a table, chairs, and a view of the pool and garden.
• Aphrodite Room - Located on the first floor and contains a double bed and a terrace with a table, chairs, and a pool view.
• Apollon Room - Located on the first floor and features two single beds joined together, and a terrace with a table, chairs, and a pool view.
• Hercules Room - It is located on the first floor and faces the backyard and parking lot. It has a double bed and a small terrace.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet, mosquito nets, and safe boxes. They have private bathrooms with toiletries and hair dryers. It is also important to note that the units do not have kitchens, only minibars.

Rooms are cleaned every three nights, and pool towels are also provided.

Guests have at their disposal free private parking, a spacious garden with a swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas, a restaurant, a reception, and a common lounge.
