Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Kali Home is located at the entrance of Stavros, near Thessaloniki, about 700 meters from the beach. The property offers accommodation for up to 2 adults and 2 small children, with a yard and secured parking.

A large supermarket with ready-made meals and bakery products is just 80 meters away.

Accommodation

There are two rooms available, both carefully and pleasantly furnished. One is located on the ground floor and features a seating area with a table and chairs in front of the entrance, while the other is on the upper floor and has a private terrace overlooking the garden.

The rooms are identical in layout and equipment – each includes a double bed, a sofa that converts into a bed (1.20 × 1.90 m), a kitchenette, and a private bathroom with a shower.

The kitchenette includes a fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. It is intended only for light meal preparation – cooking and frying are not allowed.

Both units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi, a TV, and a hairdryer. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.

Room cleaning, as well as linen and towel changes, are provided every 5 days. Cleaning is personally handled by the owner, who lives in the same house and is always available to assist guests.

Free parking is available in front of the house.
