• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is until 9:00-10:00.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Kalamitsa Beach View is located in Kavali, just 30m from the Kalamitsa Beach, which is awarded the Blue Flag. Shops, cafes and restaurants are nearby, and while the super market is just around the corner.

Accommodation

The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, while the living room can sleep two people on the sofa.

The kitchen has all the necessary equipment to prepare meals, while breakfast can be enjoyed from the large terrace overlooking the sea.
Each apartment has free public parking, free WiFi, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, kitchen, fridge, microwave, towels, shampoo.

The owners clean the apartment before the arrival of guests, and do not want to disturb their privacy during their stay. Clean linen and towel sets are always available upon request.

Boravili smo letos u ovom apartmanu. Izgleda baš kao što je na slikama i opremljen je do najsitnijih detalja.Imali smo na raspolaganju čak i stolice za plažu i dušeke. Vlasnik Kostas je izuzetno ljubazan i raspoložen da vas uputi u sve. I ako idemo svakog leta u Grčku i nemamo lošeg iskustva, ovako kompletan apartman i posvećenost poslu još nismo sreli. Sve pohvale, jer to zaslužuje
