• If a reservation is cancelled up to 21 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

In a friendly and family atmosphere, you can enjoy a vacation full of revival in the clean and maintained apartment by the family Skondra at Jolandas House.

The apartments are found in a quiet position and are approximately 70m away from the beach. Each apartment is completely equipped with TV, A/C, the shower, the toilet, the kitchen and the balcony. There is private parking and barbeque for cool events.

You can also enjoy your coffee at Zino Bar, which is next to the beach and 150m away from the apartments. We welcome you with pleasure and will make sure you have an enjoyable and unforgettable vacation. We are waiting for you in a family atmosphere.

Jolanda complex has 4 new suites: two suites for 4 people and one suite for maximum of 6 persons.

How to get here

Jolandas House is located in Toroni, Sithonia of Chalkidiki. The distance is only 130km from Thessaloniki.

You should follow these directions:

• From Thessaloniki take the road “Thessaloniki – Neon Moudanion“.
• Then the road “Perimetriki Sithonias“.
• After Nikiti turn right.
• On Toroni turn right to enter the center.

Upon entering Toroni you should follow the street at the beach. Jolandas House is exactly on the center of Toroni and about 70m away from the beach.
