Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Yolandas House 2 is located on the promenade in Toroni, on the Sithonia peninsula, next to the beach. It offers apartments for 4-6 people with a beautiful view of the sea.

There are all necessary amenities in the area - the nearest store is 200 meters away, and there is a large children's playground on the sandy beach.

Accommodation

The facility offers three apartments located on the first floor.

Two four-bed apartments are similar in organization and equipment. They have a separate bedroom with two single beds, while the room with the kitchen has a double bed. These units offer sea views.

One apartment for 6 persons is also available. It has two bedrooms with double beds, while the room with the kitchen has two single beds. This apartment overlooks the hills.

Each apartment has a private bathroom with a shower and a kitchen that includes a large fridge with a freezer and a built-in stovetop.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and mosquito nets. Towels are changed daily, while cleaning and bed linen are changed every other day.

The building does not have its own yard and private parking. Guests have at their disposal a spacious shared terrace with seating and a beautiful panoramic view of the town and the sea. A parking space can be found on the street in front of the accommodation.

The complex has its own beach bar, where umbrellas and sunbeds can be used with an ordered drink.
