Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 15 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, or in a case of a no-show, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
Description
John William House is a complex located in the traditional village of Mavrikiano, above the beautiful Elounda, on the island of Crete. At 250 meters from the nearest beach, with private terraces and beautiful views of the sea and the mountains, this is a place where comfort, tradition and history come together.
It was named after John Williams, the father of the previous owner and a war hero of the Royal Marines. His story of courage and loyalty makes every stay here a special warmth and symbolism.
John William House is an ideal choice for adventurers and travelers who want to explore Eastern Crete – its hidden beaches, mountain trails and picturesque villages. Only a few minutes' drive away is Agios Nikolaos, with a rich offering of cafes, restaurants and nightlife.
Accommodation
The complex has five accommodation units for 2-5 people.
• Apartment Korinthos (4 persons) - It has a separate bedroom with a double or two separate beds, and a fully equipped kitchen with a living area and a sofa bed. It is air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, a hairdryer, a safe, a bathroom, and a small terrace with a view of the sea.
• Apartment Athina (5 persons) - It has a separate bedroom with a double bed, an equipped kitchen, and a gallery with three beds and a bathroom. The apartment is equipped with 3 air conditioners, a television, a hair dryer, and a safe. It has two terraces with a view of the sea - a small and a large one.
• Room Olous (2 persons) - It has a double bed, a mini fridge and breakfast facilities (not a full kitchen), a TV, air conditioning, a hair dryer, a safe, a bathroom, and a terrace with a view of the sea.
• Studios Mirabello and Kolokitha (4 persons) - Two identical studios each with a double bed, which can be separated into two single beds, and a folding sofa. Each has an equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a hairdryer, a safe, and a terrace with a view of the hill and the town, and a partial view of the sea.
All guests have access to a shared yard with a barbecue.
