Iva Apartments

Iva Apartments are located in Kassandra, in the very center of Polichorno, 30 meters from the beach and the promenade. Thanks to their specific location, they are sheltered from crowds and noise and offer guests the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful vacation.

The apartments have an area of approximately 30m2, two rooms, and a terrace, and are ideal for families of four (two adults and two children).

Accommodation

Iva Apartments feature two separate apartments located on the high ground floor of a two-story residential building, and both are under natural shade throughout the day. Both apartments have a common hallway and washing machines. Each unit has a separate bathroom, equipped kitchen with stove and kitchen utensils, refrigerator, hair dryer, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, as well as a mosquito net on the terrace door.

The bedroom has a double bed, and in the kitchen, there is a pull-out bed whose dimensions are smaller than the dimensions of standard beds. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom, and both rooms have access to the terrace.

Just a few meters away is a supermarket suitable for everyday shopping, as well as the traditional taverns, Restaurant George and Flegra.
