Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Ithaki Holidays Apartments are located in a beautiful part of Agios Ioannis – Fryni amongst the picturesque olive trees at the foot of a charming hillside. Just 1km from Lefkas town is the magical area of Fryni ( Frini ), which as well as being a popular destination of the island, is also a haven for those who enjoy windsurfing and kite surfing.

The combination of mountains and sea provide a truly wonderful place in which to enjoy holidays filled with relaxation, activities and wonderful memories.

All of the apartments offered by “Ithaki Holidays” are all fully furnished, and have been nicely decorated, creating a very relaxing and comfortable setting. The apartments all have air condition, refrigerator, cooker and television.

The apartments also have lovely wide balconies, where you can take a seat and enjoy the spectacular views stretching out over the olive groves towards the blue waters of the Ionian sea. Apartments are surrounded by a lovely colourful garden, which adds a sense of tranquility and relaxation.

For those who are travelling by car, we have a private parking facility available. For those who have no means of transportation, we offer free bicycles to our guests. These bicycles are the perfect way to explore the surrounding area, as well as being a great form of exercise and enjoyment.

Apartments provide the perfect base from which one can explore the wonders and beauty of the island of Lefkada. There are several lovely beaches close to us, as well as the main town of Lefkas, where you can find a great selection of traditional tavernas and cafes to enjoy a great selection of tasty meals.

Helpful and friendly staff are always on hand to assist you in any way they can.

• Apartment suitable for 2 to 3 persons is situated on the 1st floor and has a magnificent view to the sea and the nearby town. The apartment has includes a double bed and a single bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining space, TV and air conditioning.

• Apartment suitable for 4 persons is situated on the 1st floor and has two balconies the front with view to the sea and nearby town and the back with view to beautiful back-garden.
