Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 42 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Iris Suites is a complex located on the Sithonia peninsula, 350 meters from the city beach and 1 kilometer from the center of Nikiti. It offers accommodation for 4-6 people with private parking.

Accommodation

The facility has two types of units.

Ground Floor Suites can accommodate 4 people. They consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a living area with a sofa bed and a kitchen.

Loft Suites are suitable for 4 adults and 2 children. These are maisonettes spread over two levels. The lower level consists of a living room with a pull-out sofa and a kitchen, as well as one bedroom with two single beds, while in the attic is a second bedroom with a double bed.

The kitchen includes a fridge with a freezer, a two-burner stovetop, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. Each unit has a private bathroom with a shower.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with a television, free Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, and a hair dryer. It is not cleaned during the stay, but a cleaning service can be arranged for an additional fee. Clean sets of bed linen and towels are provided, which guests can change as needed.

The guests of each unit have at their disposal two terraces with seating and a view of the garden.

One free private parking space is provided for each suite, and there is also the possibility of parking on the street next to the accommodation.

Pets are allowed with agreement and extra charge.
