• Deposit of 35% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• Check-in: 14:00-23:00 │ Check-out: until 10:00
• In case of staying in the apartment on the day of departure after 10:00 and until 18:00, you will be charged equal to 50% of the price of the night. In case of stay after 18:00, you will be charged for the entire night.
Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 22 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled 21 to 14 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• If canceled 13 or less days before the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
• In case of cancelation upon arrival, during the stay or for non-show, the customer will be charged 100%.
List of prohibited things:
• Smoking indoors.
• The use of candles.
• Washing clothes and clothing items.
• Music and any kind of gathering in the rooms, which can create noise or annoyance to other customers.
• Transportation and use outside the rooms of linen and other items of clothing.
• The storage of materials and/or objects dangerous to the health and life of others.
• Removing and moving furniture from rooms.
• Causing damage to the property of the accommodation.Guests are responsible for any material damage caused to the room (beyond normal wear and tear), either by voluntary or involuntary action or by negligence. In case of damage, they will be charged.
• The use of painting materials inside the apartment.
• The use of objects such as the ball, the skate, the bicycle inside the apartment.
• The delivery of the apartment key to strangers. Any visit of acquaintances and friends should take place only in the common areas of the complex, not in the rooms, and apart from hours of common silence.
• Violation of acceptable standards of conduct, aggressive behavior and/or acts that endanger the health and property of others.
• Violation of common silence (14:00 to 17:00 and 23:00 to 07:00)
• The use of umbrellas and sunbeds by guests. 4 sunbeds and an umbrella are available free of charge exclusively to residents.
• The use of parking by guests. A place is provided exclusively for residents.
• The use of harsh chemical cleaners, chloride solutions and anything that causes deterioration, such as bleach, viakal, ciff, ketchup etc.

Iris Apartments, a block of apartments which has become an ideal destination for our selective guests and has rightly gained their appreciation and trust over the years. Uniquely mixing the green of the forest and the blue of the wonderful sea with crystal clear waters and golden beaches, it offers a splendid holiday resort, satisfying even the most demanding visitor, whether he prefers an exciting night life at the numerous beach bars of the area, which are easily accessible from our apartments, or chooses the peace and quiet of our houses.
Accommodation
Overlooking the sea and the wonderful sun set, Iris Apartments complex is made up of 4 two-storey blocks, each of them constituting two separate apartments (partments of 50 square meters).
Each apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds, open plan lounge with a sofa-bed and kitchen as well as two specious balconies offering incomparable view to the sea. Also, the lawned garden adjoins the beach and is separated only by a low wall to keep the sand off the lawn.
A unique location and holidays resort for everyone who decides to spend their summer with their family or friends in a safe place where children and adults can enjoy the sea and the sun.
