Description

Iris Apartment is located in Paralia Katerinis, in the area of Pieria. It is set about 370 meters from the beach and the church (town center), and 180 meters from the Lidl supermarket. The apartment can accommodate 5 people and offers a spacious terrace and free parking.

Accommodation

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. It has a separate bedroom with a double and a single bed. The living room features a corner sofa that can be extended into a double bed.

The kitchen and dining area are connected to the living room. The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave with a mini oven, an induction hob, a coffee machine, a kettle, and dishes. The private bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer.

Guests have at their disposal a large, covered terrace (23m2) with seating, a swing, and an outdoor dining area.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television with Serbian and Greek channels, mosquito nets, and electric blinds. A washing machine, ironing facilities and a clothes drying rack are provided.

Free parking is available in front of the building, as well as free public parking about 50 meters away.
