Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Irini's House is located in Toroni, Sithonia. It is located less than 200 m from the beach in Toroni, and Korakas beach is also nearby. Within the accommodation, guests have a private parking lot with video surveillance.

Accommodation

Irini's House offers its guests two apartments located on the ground floor, accommodating up to 4 people, with an area of 33 m². In one apartment, there is a double bed suitable for two people in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the kitchen and dining area. The second apartment is also equipped with a double bed in the bedroom, while there is a bunk bed in the kitchen and dining area. Both apartments have a kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator with a chamber, a glass-ceramic plate with two hotplates, a kettle and a microwave oven. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower. Also, both apartments have access to the yard with a space equipped with outdoor furniture.

Air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi internet and mosquito nets are available to guests.

Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay, upon request, the owner of the facility can bring spare sets of bed linen and towels that guests can change themselves. Guests are obliged to take care of hygiene during their stay, cleaning products will be provided.

Parking within the accommodation with video surveillance.
