• Deposit of 40% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid 7 days before arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• All reservations for stays during the period from 15/07 until 31/08 are nonrefundable.

Description

Situated in Kalo Nero, one of the most beautiful beaches of Kyparissia, this small, family-run resort is just 6 m from the beach, in an area of 7 acres. It offers a buffet breakfast of local products and free Wi-Fi access.

Accommodation

All the apartments have fully equipped kitchen, an LCD TV, and mosquito nets.The apartments have large balconies and verandas overlooking the Ionian Sea and the nearby mountains.

On the right side of the apartments, there is a 20 km-long beach in which there is no other hotel. On the left side, only a 5-minute walk away, there is the main beach in which there are bars, taverns, mini-markets and nightlife. It is a place where pine trees are combined with sea, fishing, swimming, walking and romantic sunsets.

Guests may enjoy their drinks at the on site bar, whilst al fresco meals are served at the property's restaurant.

At the reception guests can get detailed information about the activities in Messinia. A few supermarkets are located nearby. Free private parking is offered at the hotel.
