Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In case of an earlier departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Irene House Sarti is located in the beautiful Sarti of Halkidiki, about 130 meters from the beach with crystal clear waters, which is ideal for both adults and children.

At a distance of just 1.5 kilometers, the center of Sarti offers a variety of options for food, drink, shopping and entertainment.

Accommodation

House Irene, a welcoming accommodation consisting of 8 apartments and studios, designed to offer comfort and relaxation.

New studios - there are three new triple studios located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). All have equipped kitchenette with two ceramic cooking rings, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, bathroom with shower. Can accommodate up to 3 adults. Studio No8 is a bit smaller and has a double bed and an armchair bed, Studios No6 and No7 have a double bed and a single bed.

Studio No2 has a double bed, bunk bed, kitchenette with two cooking rings, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, bathroom with shower. It is located on the 1st floor.

Studio No3 is almost the same as the Studio No2, the only difference is that is a bit smaller and is located on 2nd floor.

Apartment No5 has one bedroom with a double bed, kitchen space with two single beds, bathroom. Kitchen is with four cooking rings and large oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, bathroom with shower. It is located on the ground floor. Can accommodate up to 4 people.

Apartment No1 has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single bed and both with air conditioning), kitchenette with two cooking rings, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, bathroom with shower. It is located on the 1st floor. Can accommodate up to 4 people.

Apartment No4 has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single bed and both with air conditioning), kitchenette with two cooking rings, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, bathroom with shower. It is located on the 2nd floor. Can accommodate up to 4 people.
