• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival.
• English buffet breakfast 13 EUR per day/per person, half board 35 EUR per day /per person.
• Use of private parking is charged 7 EUR/ per day.
• Pets up to 10 kg are allowed upon request with extra charge applicable.
• Baby cot is available upon request and costs 5 EUR per night.
• Reception hours are 10:00-19:00 - that's why it's obligatory to know the guests' arrival time.
• Late check-in costs 25 EUR/ 45 EUR (depending on the hour of arrival).
• The pool is open from 01/06 to 15/09.

Minimum stay
• 28/06-01/08 and from 23/08 until 29/08: 3 nights;
• 01/08-22/08: 5 nights.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If a reservation is canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure,100% of remaining days will be charged.

The complex is located in the center of Nidri on a side street, just 100m from the market area and 150m from the city beach, surrounded by a lush natural environment. Large garden with lawn, palms and many other trees and flowers create a relaxed and quiet atmosphere, yet there’s the advantage of being in the city center.

Accommodation

Ionian Paradise Studios and Apartments consists of studios for 2-4 people and four-bed apartments.

• Studio (20m²) - has one double bed and two bunk beds. It can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old.

• Family studio (24m²) - has one double and 2 single beds, and is suitable for 2 adults and 2 more people under 21 years of age.

• Quadruple apartment (30m²) - has a bedroom with a double bed, while the second room features bunk beds or two single beds. It is suitable for 2 adults and two more people under the age of 21, with the possibility of accommodating an additional child.

Studios and apartments have a kitchenette, a private bathroom with a shower, and a terrace overlooking the garden.

The units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, mosquito nets, and a hair dryer.

The units are cleaned daily, while bed linen and towels are changed twice a week.
