• If a reservation is canceled up to 7 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Ioannis Apartments is accommodation on the ground floor of the villa of the same name, in the most attractive part of Leptokarya, above the church, about 30 meters from the city center and about 450m from the beach.

Ioannis apartments is a destination for all generations and families with children. Near the villa there is a supermarket, bakery and various other shops.

There is also a municipal garden next to the villa where guests can relax and enjoy a coffee.

Accommodation

The apartments were renovated in 2012 and offer accommodation equipped with the latest modern amenities. We offer one four-bed and one five-bed apartment, both of 50m2.

The four-bed apartment has two connected single beds in the bedroom, or one double bed in a room with a kitchen. It is possible to place one extra bed here. The five-bed apartment has two connected single beds in the bedroom, one double and one single bed in the room with kitchen.

The apartments have a kitchenette with basic utensils for the planned number of people, refrigerator and stove with two hobs, bathroom, TV, air conditioning, free WiFi internet and a spacious terrace with seating.
