• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Ioanna’s House i a new accommodation located 70 m from the beach, in Potos, on the beautifull island of Thassos. Complex is in the center of the place and is cosy, bright and offers small garden.

Accommodation

Ioanna’s House consists of 8 studios that can accommodate from 2 up to 2+2 persons.

On the ground floor there are studios for 2+2 persons and have access to the garden, include double bed and two single beds.

On the first floor there are double and triple studios. Double studios have double bed, and triple studios have double bed and single bed.
