Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 14 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

IO Suites Luxury Apartments is located in Mitikas, in the region of Epirus, 6km from Preveza and approximately 400m from the sandy beach.

This modernly equipped establishment comprises the following accommodation units:Studio Suite, Private Pool is located on the first floor, can accommodate up to four people and includes a double bed, a sofa for two, a tea kitchen, and a bathroom. The balcony features a private pool, a seating set, and sun loungers.
Studio Junior, Garden View is situated on the first floor, can accommodate up to three people and consists of a double bed, a folding armchair, a tea kitchen, and a bathroom. The balcony overlooking the garden has a seating set.
Apartment Suite, Outdoor Hot Tub located on the first floor can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a living room with a tea kitchen and a dining table, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room features a sofa bed for two. The balcony includes a hot tub, a seating set, and sun loungers.
Studios Superior, Outdoor Hot Tub are located on the second floor and can accommodate up to four people. They include a tea kitchen, a double bed, a sofa for two, and a bathroom. The balcony with a panoramic sea view features a hot tub, a seating set, and sun loungers.
