House Rules
• Change of bed linen and towels and cleaning every 2 days.
• Parties are not allowed.
• Visitors who are not staying in the apartments are not allowed anywhere on the premises of the accommodation.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The swimming pool operates from 9:00-15:00 & 17:00-20:00.
• Please respect the quiet hours (15:00-17:00 & 23:00-8:00).
• Check-out any time until 10:00 and check-in from 15:00-21:00.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 40 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Interni Luxury Living represents an exceptionally luxurious complex with a swimming pool, located in the town of Nikiti on the Sithonia peninsula, well known to all lovers of the Greek coast. The complex is 87 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport, a little over an hour’s drive. The town beach is 1 kilometer away, while the coastline itself is 500 meters from the property.

Accommodation

The complex consists of two three-story buildings – Building A and Building B, a shared courtyard, and a shared swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas.
The number of accommodation units, their type, and capacity are identical in both buildings – each building contains 5 accommodation units.

On the ground floor, there are two triple studios and one four-bed maisonette (on two levels – ground floor and first floor).
On the first floor, there are two additional four-bed maisonettes (on two levels – first and second floor).

1. TRIPLE STUDIO (2 in Building A and 2 in Building B)

This accommodation unit features a sofa bed suitable for one person and a double (French) bed for two people.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, a two-burner stove, coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven, and a small refrigerator with freezer compartment.

The bathroom is standardly equipped and includes a shower cabin, washbasin, and toilet. A hair dryer is also available to guests.

From the studio, there is access to a veranda with outdoor furniture, overlooking the swimming pool.

The entire studio is air-conditioned and covered by wireless internet, and additional amenities include a television, safe, and mosquito nets on all windows. Bed linen and towels are changed daily, and cleaning is provided every three days.

2. FOUR-BED MAISONETTE (3 in Building A and 3 in Building B)

The first level of the maisonette combines a kitchen, bathroom, and living room. It features a sofa bed suitable for two people.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, a two-burner stove, coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven, and a large refrigerator with freezer compartment.

The bathroom is standardly equipped and includes a shower cabin, washbasin, and toilet. A hair dryer is also available to guests.

On the second level, there is a bedroom with a double bed and an additional bathroom, which, unlike the one on the first level, features a bathtub instead of a shower cabin.

The maisonette has a balcony with outdoor furniture, overlooking the courtyard and the swimming pool.

The entire apartment is air-conditioned (two air-conditioning units are located in this accommodation unit) and covered by wireless internet. Additional amenities include two televisions, a safe, and mosquito nets on all windows. Bed linen and towels are changed daily, and cleaning is provided every three days.
