Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus Bank costs.
• If canceled between 45-59 days before arrival, 30% of the advance payment will be refunded (refund minus Bank costs).
• If canceled under 45 days before arrival, early departure or no-show, there is no refund.

Description

Villa Phaedra and villa Daphne of Inoro Villas are two brand new villas on the Lefkada island. Each with its own private pool and panoramic seaviews and is surrounded by lush greenery, promising totally relaxing holidays while being strategically located close to all amenities.

Our villas benefit from being within walking distance from the picturesque traditional village of Katouna (500m), about 2.5km away from the fishing village of Ligia and just 6kms from the town of Lefkada which is the entrance to the island.

Villa Phaedra

Villa Phaedra has a total floor space of 180sq.m. within a c. 1.5 acres plot of land, surrounded by olive trees and lush vegetation. It features 4 delightfully decorated bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms/ shower rooms and splits into two levels. The upper level hosts the villa’s main entrance, its living areas, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms/shower and extra wc. The open plan kitchen is full of light, fully equipped with fitted appliances including 4 ceramic hobs, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso maker, juicer etc. The dining area and the sitting room with a fireplace enjoy plenty of space and some beautiful seaviews. There is a large veranda extending out of the dining and the seating areas with magnificent, panoramic views of sea views and olive groves, while the views reach right across to the mainland mountains. The lower floor features two bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms (one double and one twin bedroom). French doors from the lower floor open to reach a totally relaxing pool and garden area.

Sunbeds and sun umbrellas around the swimming pool (36sq.m.) offer the ideal setting for complete relaxation while kids may enjoy themselves in our playground (children’s house, slide, swing). The villa is fully air conditioned, with satellite TV, DVD/CD player and wifi internet connection. Our villa is about 550m away from picturesque village of Katouna which has two tavernas and a minimarket, about 2.5kms away from the fishing village of Lygia and just 6kms from the town of Lefkada which is the entrance to the island.

Normal occupancy is 8 guests, but it can accommodate up to 10 guests (small additional charge of €25 per person per night).

Villa Daphne has a total floor space of 100sq.m. within a c. 1.5 acres plot of land, featuring 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 are en-suite) and splits into two levels. The ground floor level hosts the villa’s main entrance, its living areas, one double bedroom with en-suite bathrooms, one bedroom with 2 single beds and additional bathroom with shower. The open plan kitchen and sitting room area are full of light and fully equipped. The kitchen has fitted appliances including 4 ceramic hobs, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso maker, juicer etc. The dining area and the sitting room also feature a fireplace and enjoy wonderful, panoramic views of a long olive grove and the sea at its end. There is a large veranda extending out of the dining area with outdoor dining furniture with wonderful uninterrupted views. The first floor features one more double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

The pool area is located, at a bit lower grounds than the ground floor area. Sunbeds and sun umbrellas around the swimming pool (4.5m x 9m) offer the ideal setting for complete relaxation.

The villa is fully air conditioned, with satellite TV, DVD/CD player and wifi internet connection. Our villa is about 550m away from picturesque village of Katouna which has two tavernas and a minimarket, about 2.5kms away from the fishing village of Lygia and just 6kms from the town of Lefkada which is the entrance to the island.
