Cancellation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 60 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

Ilias House is located 500 meters from the beach in Nea Fokea, on the Kassandra Peninsula, and is part of a large maisonette complex. It can accommodate up to six people.

Accommodation

The maisonette spreads over two levels connected by stairs. The ground floor consists of a living room with a single sofa and a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a toilet, and a terrace with an outdoor area for sitting and dining. The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a kettle, and dishes.

Upstairs are two bedrooms with double beds, a private bathroom with a shower, and a terrace overlooking the garden.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, free Wi-Fi internet, television, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Private parking is not available, but vehicles can be parked on the street in front of the accommodation.
