Description

Iliannas Villa Nikiti is a luxury villa nestled in Mediterranean greenery, located in the village of Nikiti. The villa is 1.3 kilometers away from the first organized beach. The maximum capacity of the villa is 12 guests (8 adults and 4 children).

Accommodation

The villa is set in a beautiful, forested environment and features a well-maintained garden. It is spread over three levels.

On the ground floor there is a living room with a corner sofa and one standard sofa. This room is air-conditioned and includes a television and a fireplace. From this area there is access to the dining room with a table and chairs, as well as to a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, cookware, and an extractor hood. Also on the ground floor there is one bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, as well as one standard bathroom equipped with a shower and a bathtub.

On the first floor there are two additional bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a French (double) bed, while the second has two single beds. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. The bathroom is standard equipped and includes two washbasins, a toilet, a bidet, and a shower cabin.

On the second floor there is a fourth bedroom with a French (double) bed and one extra fold-out bed. This room is also air-conditioned. The third bathroom in the villa is located on this floor and is standard equipped.

Guests are provided with three parking spaces, as well as bed linen and towels. The entire accommodation is covered with free wireless internet. A washing machine is available to guests.

The villa’s garden features a beautifully maintained lawn, a dining area, a barbecue (upon request), and a children’s playground.

Small pets are welcome upon request and with an additional charge.
