• Confirmation of booking is only valid upon receipt of a deposit of 20% of the total cost. The balance to the booking is made at “Iliadis House” prior to the departure date.
• Confirmation of availability for specific dates as received from “Iliadis House” reservations is not considered as a confirmation to a reservation.

A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.
• The deposit must be received by "Iliadis House” no later than the date as specified by the reservation’s department.
• Confirmation of the deposit made should also be forwarded to “Iliadis House” reservations by email.

Cancellation policy
• For a cancellation of booking, a refund to the deposit is only given under the following conditions.

0% cancellation fee:
Full refund – When a cancellation to the booking has been made with a minimum of 22 days notice (from the date of check in) being given to “Iliadis House” reservation’s department.
• 100% of the deposit is refunded.
• Accepted notices are either by fax or email.

50% cancellation fee:
A 50% cancellation fee is charged if a cancellation of the reservation has been made within the period of 14 days to 21 days, from the date of check in.
• 50% of the deposit is refunded.
• Accepted notices are either by fax or email.

100% cancellation fee:
A 100% cancellation fee is charged when a cancellation of the reservation has been made within 13 days from the date of check in.
• No refund to the deposit is refunded.

• For pre-term departures, there is a cancellation fee equal to the 50% of the remaining rental period (Law 1652/86 Gov.Gaz.167A)

Description

The group of apartments and studios of ILIADIS is located in the picturesque settlement of Sarti, on the Eastern side of Sithonia, Chalkidiki, only 100 metres from the beach of Sarti, one of the most beautiful coasts of Chalkidiki, awarded a Blue Flag and offering an exceptional view of Agion Oros.

Accommodation

It comprises 21 commodious apartments and a studio in a hospitable environment.

The hotel offers rooms –studio with two beds, 3 beds, and 5 beds, all completely air-conditioned, free Wi-Fi internet access, a television with individual decoder of reception of 1.200 satellite channels, refrigerator, cooker completely equipped with domestic cookware, and balcony with a view. Furthermore, there exists private parking, space of reception space with a lounge and a television.

Izuzetno smo zadovoljni boravkom u Iliadis House, vlasnica je vrlo ljubazna i gostoprimljiva, lokacija smestaja odlicna, svega 2min hoda do plaze, taverni i marketa. Poseduje privatan parking. Tokom naseg sedmodnevnog boravka posteljina i peskiri su jednom promenjeni. Sveukupno, zadovoljni boravkom u ovoj kuci i rado cemo se vratiti ponovo.

Bili smo nedelju dana u ovom smestaju i prezadovoljni smo. Dogovor je bio brz i jednostavan, domacini veoma ljubazni, apartmani na savrsenoj lokaciji, blizu plaze i centra, cisti i opremljeni svime sto je potrebno za boravak. Soba nije mnogo velika, ali je taman stao i krevetic za bebu, a terasa je velika i divna za jutarnju kafu 😊 Posteljina i peskiri su promenjeni posle 4 dana. Sve u svemu, svaka preporuka!

Smestaj za svaku preporuku, lokacija u samom centru, svaka radnja ili lokal se nalazi neposredno oko kuce,plaza na pedesetak metara, privatni parking, imate mesto kad god dosli sa plaze, za deset dana koliko smo bili dva puta menjana posteljina, peskiri i ciscen apartman, klima uredjan nov koriscenje neograniceno,vlasnica uvek na raspolaganju sta god vam treba.....sve navedeno po veoma korektnoj ceni....

Upravo letujemo u Sartiju, sa smestajem nismo zadovoljni bas. odmah pri dolasku rekli su da nemaju slobodan parking, iako stoji i naglaseno je da je privatan parking. Delimicno cisto, s tim sto bi bar trebali da obezbede gostima neka sredstva za ciscenje makar poda, posto se retko kad cisti Kupatilo premalo

Rezervisali smo ovu vilu od 22/6. zanima me sta se pise u plf formi kao adresa. ova vila nema naziv ulice kao ni mnoge druge.
