Description
Ilia's House is a beautiful complex located by the beach of Thessaloniki, between Ormos Panagia and Pirgadikia, on the Sithonia peninsula. It offers accommodation for 2-4 people with a spacious yard, sea view, and direct access to the beach.
Accommodation
The building consists of 5 apartments and 3 studios.
Studios no. 1, 2, and 3 are located on the first floor and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 small children each. Each contains a double bed of narrow dimensions and bunk beds, as well as new, well-equipped kitchens.
Apartments no. 7 and 8 are set on the ground floor. They have a separate bedroom with a double bed, while the other room features a fully equipped kitchen and 2 single beds (they can be put under each other when not in use). These units also have a spacious terrace overlooking the sea.
Apartment no. 4 is of similar organization and equipment. It is located on the first floor, offers a terrace with a view of the sea, and will be renovated during the winter of 2024/25. Apartment no. 5 is completely new and has a separate bedroom with a double bed, another room with a kitchen and two single beds, as well as a terrace overlooking the garden.
Apartment No. 6 is located on the ground floor and has a separate bedroom with a double bed, while the second room has a fully equipped kitchen, a bed and a sofa bed. It also has a large terrace overlooking the sea and a private barbecue.
All units are air-conditioned and equipped with television, free Wi-Fi internet, hair dryers, and mosquito nets. They have a private bathroom with a shower. Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every 3-4 days (or more often if needed). There is also a shared washing machine that can be used in the afternoon.
The complex offers a spacious, beautifully landscaped garden and covered, private parking. An outdoor kitchen with a seating and dining area, a barbecue, a children's playground, and an outdoor shower are at guests' disposal. Free Wi-Fi internet is available in the garden and on the beach.
The yard has direct access to the sandy beach, where studio guests are provided with an umbrella and two sunbeds free of charge, and apartment guests are provided with two umbrellas and four sunbeds.
Pets are not allowed, as well as access to persons who are not guests of the complex.
