Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Il Centro Studios is located 290 meters from the beach in Potos, on the island of Thassos, in a central position close to all necessary amenities. The complex offers accommodation for 2–4 people and features a small garden and barbecue facilities.

Accommodation

There is a total of 5 studios available.

First floor:
• One quadruple studio – features two single beds and bunk beds;
• One triple studio – features two single beds and a sofa bed.

Second floor:
• One triple studio with three single beds;
• Two triple studios with two single beds and a sofa bed.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi and a TV. They have private bathrooms with a shower and hairdryer, as well as terraces with a table and chairs. The studios also include kitchenettes (small refrigerator and a two-burner cooktop).

Cleaning service, as well as bed linen and towel changes, is provided every 5 days.

Guests have access to a small courtyard with outdoor furniture and barbecue equipment. Private parking is not available, but free street parking is possible nearby. Additionally, a large private parking lot is located 200 meters away and is available for an extra charge.
