• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.

In Nikiti, in one of the most attractive destinations in Sithonia, Chalkidiki you will encounter the hidden paradise of your holidays.
There are bakeries, restaurants, and mini markets all around. Our accommodation is situated on the coastal road of the village and you can walk to find restaurants, supermarkets and other shops.
Our apartments to let are a family business which expresses a new philosophy in the renting of tourist lodgings and aims at upgrading our tenants’ quality of life at particularly attractive prices.
Ikies Mantsiou Apartments are designed based on the modern functional needs of a family, according to the requirements of new technology and out of respect towards our environment.
Although they are located in the most central and busy part of the Nikiti beach, they give you the sense that you are not in the centre but at a calm resort, where you can decide which sounds you want to hear and when to hear them.
Take the national road of Thessaloniki–Sithonia, turn right at the central traffic lights of Nikiti, follow the coastal street on your left and you will find us in 300 meters.
Apartments
The 14 apartments of the complex are divided into two buildings of modern architecture, which are in full harmony with the natural environment, while their careful details compose a warm, vibrant, hospitable, romantic place in the heavenly beauty of Chalkidiki.
All the apartments are luminous with cool breeze due to their big openings and their location, while they all have big, private balconies overlooking the sea. They are furnished with modern metallic furniture and they all have a fully equipped kitchen for those who wish to cook.
Each apartment has its own private bathroom (shower with cabin – WC), individual air conditioning, TV, DVD player, and wireless internet connection.
Fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender – mixer, water boiler, Nespresso coffee machine), safe, a baby cot (if needed) are provided. There is also an ironing machine that comes along with an ironing board and a hairdryer. Finally, on the first floor there is a laundry – washing machine and on every floor you can find an electric oven.
We are sure that your vacations near us will make you feel the comfort, the warmth, the friendly environment, and the safety of your own home.

Your children can enjoy their play safely, of course, under the control of their parents, who are able to watch them even from the balcony of their apartment.
Our young and older guests can all enjoy their favourite films every night on the huge screen in the courtyard, as well as all the major sports and cultural summer events.
