Ikaros House Nikiti

Ikaros House Nikiti is located on the Sithonia peninsula, in the town of Nikiti, just 150 meters from the coast. The accommodation is less than 90 kilometers away from Thessaloniki International Airport. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 7 guests (5 adults and two children).

Accommodation

The apartment is located on the second floor of the house. It features two bedrooms, a bathroom, one living room shared with the kitchen and dining area, and a balcony with outdoor furniture offering a sea view.

The living room includes a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, an air-conditioning unit, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV.

Both bedrooms feature one double bed and one wardrobe each. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is well equipped – it includes a large refrigerator, oven, stove, extractor hood, and microwave.

The bathroom is standardly equipped – it has a shower cabin, a sink, and a toilet.

Guests can park their vehicles on the sidewalk in front of the property. The entire accommodation is covered with free wireless internet, and a washing machine is also available for guests’ use. Small pets are welcome upon request and with an additional charge.
