• Deposit of 50% of the total price of the reservation is required to
confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid 14 days before the
arrival.
Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival,
the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in
most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If a reservation is cancelled 30-14 days before the date of the arrival, 30% of the total price will be charged.
• If a reservation is cancelled 14-7 days before the date of the arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged.
• If a reservation is cancelled 7 days before the date of the arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged.

Description
Ifigenia's Apartment is located on the island of Kefalonia, in Kompothekrata, a 5-minute drive from the capital Argostoli and the popular Lassi. The nearest beach is 4 kilometers from the accommodation.
The unit can accommodate up to 6 people. It is recommended for guests who have their own or rent a vehicle, so free private parking is provided.
Accommodation
This spacious apartment is set on the ground floor and offers two bedrooms - one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room.
The kitchen includes a small refrigerator, a stovetop, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and a dining table. The apartment has two bathrooms with a shower and a hair dryer.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and a washing machine.
Cleaning service is available once a week on request, while bed linen and towels are changed twice a week.
In front of the accommodation is a covered, paved terrace with outside seating and dining area and views of the garden. The yard is fenced, with lots of greenery and natural shade, and private parking is available for guests.
