Description

Ifestos House Nikiti is located on the western coast of Sithonia, in the village of Nikiti, and is only 350 meters from a beautiful sandy beach, and 88.6 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport. The maximum capacity of the property is 7 guests (6 adults and 1 child).

Accommodation

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony.

The living room features a sofa bed and air conditioning. This area also includes a dining space (table and chairs) and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, a microwave oven, a stove, an oven, and an extractor hood. The balcony is furnished with outdoor furniture suitable for dining.

Both bedrooms are furnished with one French (double) bed each. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The bathroom is standard equipped and includes a shower with a shower tray, a toilet, and a washbasin, as well as a washing machine.

Guests also have access to a private yard with a barbecue available upon request. One parking space is provided, and free public parking is located 50 meters from the accommodation. The entire property is covered with free wireless internet. The apartment includes a TV.

Small pets are welcome upon request and with an additional charge.
