• The above prices are in euros per room/per night.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Deposit of 40% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• Minimum nights in May and October are 2, in June, July and August 7 and in September 5.
• Guest can use a washing machine for 5 EUR/ per use.
• No pets allowed.
• Babies are classified as adults.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Hristos Apartment and Maisonette is the accommodation at 50m from the square in Sykia, with restaurants, supermarkets, museum, cafe-bars and open market every Saturday. You will find the house if you continue straight up from the square. After 30m you’ll see the bakery on the right-hand side and 30m later you’ll reach Hristos House. The beach is 2km away.

Accommodation

Hristos Apartment and Maisonette offers one apartment and three maisonettes.

The quadruple maisonette ( 42m2 ) has two levels, spacious terrace with view of school-museum, village and nature and WiFi internet. A living room with sofa bed, A/C, TV, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a shower are on the lower level, while the upper level is a sleeping area with one double bed.

The quintuple apartment (55m2) is located on a first floor and it has a living room, master bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, A/C in both rooms, WiFi internet, TV and a spacious terrace. Living room is fitted with one single and a sofa bed, while the bedroom has a double bed. This unit is not available for season 2026.

The change of sheets and towels and cleaning are done every 4-5 days.
Ther is a possibility to use a washing machine with a charge of 5 euros (the owner will provide detergent and fabric softener).

Parking around the house is free.

House Rules

• Smoking inside the house is strictly forbidden.
• Upon arrival at home, guests are fully responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
• If despite the instructions at home, guests clog the toilet, they will have to pay for the plumbing.
• In case of damage or loss of the card from the current of the house guests are obliged to pay 30 EUR damage.
