• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

House Rousko is located on the main road of Sykia, 2 km only from the nearest beach, in a lush and quiet environment. The large grass-covered area in front of the apartments is ideal for moments of relaxation (amusement) as well as for the time of joy and play for young members, there is a comfortable parking space too.

In the very close distance are the heaviest beaches of Sykia and the village, as well as supermarket, gas station, bakery, butcher shop, and other facilities.

House Rousko has 5 comfortable apartments, each decorated with a unique color and can accommodate up to 4 persons. The rooms are equipped with the kitchen (large refrigerator, stove, oven), TV, a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, and a furnished balcony or patio.

Mi smo vec pet dana u ovoj prelepoj kuci. Sve je odlicno. Dvoriste,apartmani,solidna opremljenos apartmana...ali toplu vodu imamo samo ako zamolimo gazdu da nam je pusti i tako je svaki dan. Ne mozemo bebu da okupamo uvece a da ne govorim o kupanju mene i muza. Vlasniku smo mnogo puta skrenuli paznju i on uz neko objasnjenje o osiguracima samo ode. Napolju je hladno iako je pocetak Septembra. Ne mogu da koriste solarnu energiju a struja je izgleda precenjena za njih. Tako da ja nikome ne bih preporucila ovaj smestaj.
