Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

We welcome you to our brand new accommodation constituted by eight accommodation units. Our group is located 15m from the sea of settlement Kalamitsi in south-eastern utmost the second leg in Ηalkidiki (Sithonia).

We offer holidays in rented rooms near nature, in a place with new installations (foundation 2008), located in Kalamitsi, Sithonia, Halkidiki, protected from "NATURA 2000", a place with natural beauty, far from the city noise and next to an amazing sea, that will charm you.

Accommodation

All rooms are equipped with full kitchen equipment (without furnace), air conditioning, individual bathroom and television.

We have 3 quadruple apartments (4 + 1) and 1 double-triple sea view, in the second building we have 4 double-triple studios without sea view.

The sea view apartments are on the first floor and there is a tavern on the ground floor. The quadruple apartments have two rooms with 1 double bed in the room + extra bed and baby couch (the extra bed is charged 5 euro per night) and in the kitchen a double bunk of 1.80m.

The double-triple apartment has one double and one single bed in the same room. The studios are 2 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor. They have 1 double and 1 single bed in the same room.

Apartmani sa pogledom na more, predivno, savršeno čisto, vlasnik Panagiotis je tu za sve što zatreba, Obezbedjen parking. Jednom rečju SAVRŠENO. Ukoliko ponovo dolazimo u Kalamitsi definitivno se vidimo opet.
