• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

House Giota is located in the eastern part of the popular place of Sarti, on the peninsula of Sithonia. The sea and beautiful beach are across the street, and to the city center, there is 1 kilometer. The beach in front of the house is suitable for children because the sea is shallow.

Accommodation

Giota House has been renovated in 2012 and has modernly furnished accommodation units on the ground floor and on the first floor: studios for 2,3 or 4 persons, as well as apartments for 5 and 6 persons.

The house has two studios for 2 persons, one studio for 3 persons, two studios for 4 persons, one five-bed and three six-bed apartments. Some accommodation units have a sea view.

All studios and apartments have air conditioning, WiFi internet, TV, equipped kitchen and private bathroom. Guests have free parking space in front of the house, barbecue, and towels and linen are also provided.
