• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If the reservation is cancelled after that, the deposit is not refundable but you may change your booking dated depending on availability.

Description
Set a 2-minute walk from Pefkari Beach, House Ekton features modern units surounded by nice garden and olives trees. Potos is 800m away from the object.
There is also a big supermarket only a few steps from the house where you can buy fruit, bread, vegetables, meat and everything you fancy trying. They also sell ready cooked food for taking away as well as grilled chicken.
House Ekton, Pefkari, is a safe place, you can park your car in our private olive grove and enjoy your holidays. We also live in the house, so we are always around.
We also have our own private path that leads straight to the beach so you don't have to walk on the main road at all and get there in a minute.
Our yard is green with olive trees surrounding it, lots of flowers, barbecue for grilling and big, wooden tables and chairs to enjoy your time if you don't want to go to the beach.

This accommodation offers to its guests stylish units, decorated in serene colours, so the you can spend unforgettable vacation.
House Ekton has:
On the middle floor five 2-bed studios, recently renovated in 2016.
On the ground floor two apartments and one more studio, brand new for 2019.
There are 5 double studios (three of which have a sofabed for a child). All our studios have been recently renovated (2016) and offer the following amenities: twin beds which can be joined or separated, a private balcony with a dining table and chairs, a well-equipped kitchen with pots, pans and cutlery, a stylish bathroom with shower and hair dryer, an air conditioner for each room, free WiFi internet access (24mbps), free babycot, TV with Greek channels and some international (BBC World, Deutsche Welle, ZDF, etc.).
In 2019 we managed to renovate another floor of House Ekton: two large apartments (each 40m2) and one studio (20m2).The apartments are on the right and the left of the ground floor, and the studio is in the middle. The apartments consist of two separate bedrooms, a sitting-room with kitchen and a spacious bathroom.Apartment no. 1 can accommodate 4 people while apartment no. 3 can take 4 plus one or two children on a sofa bed when opened in the sitting room. The studio has a double bed, a sofa for a child, and a kitchenette. It can accommodate 2 plus a child.
All our apartments and studio offer the following amenities: Apartment no. 3 has one room with double bed and one with twin beds, Apartment no. 1 has 2 rooms with twin beds, the studio has a double bed, a sofa for a child, a private balcony with a dining table and chairs, a well-equipped kitchen with pots and pans cutlery and oven is also available in the apartments, a stylish bathroom with shower and hair dryer, an air conditioner for each room, free WiFi internet access (24mbps), free babycot, TV with Greek channels and some international (BBC World, Deutsche Welle, ZDF, etc.).
Best quality bed linen and towels are replaced and the studios are cleaned every 3-5 days, depending on the length of the stay and agreement with the guests.
